Default Crap speeds in Carlow again!

HAHA

was just on to their support as been having horrible speeds over the last 2 days. first of all he tried to tell me i was running bittorrents.. such a laugh they have almost all ports blocked to stop you using torrents. Anyways explained to him that there was no issues on my network and that i was still getting slow speeds with 3 bars connection. He then tried to convince me that i was using massive downloads and was causing it myself. I ended up telling the guy that I had tracerts that proved the slow response was at "fe-0-0-0_0.bdr001.dublin.clearwire.ie [85.134.255.13]", he then turned around and asked me what was that!! their network segment.. he then went off checking the local mast after much persuading that it was not my LAN at fault and that i wasn't doing mass downloading [had VPN connection and was monitoring it had only downloaded 30 MB] and next thing i hear is "UH OH" and he tries to get me off the line ASAP.. turns out their mast in Cralow is maxed out again. thats 3rd time this year.

So in short anybody else having issues with clearwire in carlow at the moment, dont bother calling Clearwire

BTW heres the stats

They're a bit up-and-down. What connection are you on? Uploads look kinda slow, as are some of the download speeds.

The max pause values are really high! Half-a-second to a full second and then some!

download is ok for 1mb speed but upload is awful if its supposed to be 128kbps but at least your download speeds are fairly consistant.
