Default Latency issues

Hello,

Just to add water to the mill, I am a clearwire customer. Up until now I never really complained about issues on my line. But lately my downloading speed keeps going down and, way worse for me, my latency is always sky high.

I mainly use internet connections for VOIP, and depending on the cust rep it is: Just desactivated on my modem, OR it is an issue their tech reps are looking through.
And for internet gaming, but even tho they keep telling me no ports are blocked or monitored, I keep pinging in game with latencies over 10 000ms while a regular ping monitored from CMD gives me some really honest 42ms.

I looked through all settings on my configurations and had 2 specialists looking through it too, everythign is perfectly fine.

I start to feel really angry toward the customer care and bullies they give me.
The first line of reps on the phone have no clue or are not allowed to talk.

Anyway if somebody knows a way to get around the latency or the VOIP blocks I'd be really glad to know as I have the feeling Clearwire won't do much for me.

I was talk to a "Clearwire admin" who said Clearwire doesn't support Voip like the skype and he sent me to the Blueface for ask them a G729 codec because without it the VOIP not working.I contacted them and they said they can give me the codec just if I'm their user...
They have a trial version so I thought I try it ,if it's ok I will bw their user...
After I downloaded the softver it didn't works.I sent them an e mail and the answer was,"sorry our service not working in Clearwire network....
It's a **** company ! ! !
