Mini PC Recomendations

Hi,

I'm in the market for a cheap, ultra low power mini pc that can be left always on without increasing the already high electricity costs. Bittorrent is a harsh mistress.

I've looked at Shuttle and A-Open but these are barebones rigs and by the time I add CPU, RAM, etc, I may as well just buy a Dell. In fact, a cheap factory outlet Inspiron may do the trick but if there's a better solution...

Does anyone have any recomendations as to what route to take?
