Mikrotik Router Server

Is anyone here familiar with Mikrotik Router Software? I'm having a problem with it's DNS service. Basically it will find some sites but not others. Very annoying as i have had to change all my customers settings to outside DNS servers which pushes more traffic (however small) through my server than is needed. It should be handling it itself and it was up to a couple of weeks ago.

I have system logs but not any logs of DNS activity.

Is there any way of changing the log level?? ie. make it more verbose?

Unfortunately not. I'm considering replacing it with an SME Server but i'm not sure if it does Queues as good as the Mikrotik. With it I can limit users connection speeds and burst speeds if they're being a bit too greedy.

I spent most of this morning arguing with Cisco vendors!

Vendors, vendors, vendors I know all about them. Still if you know of any that are better than others please let me know.
