Metro Phone Service

Hi

I have Metro from Digiweb in Naas for nearly 6 months now. My download speeds are on average 2.93mb and uploads is 493-508kb/s, which for a 3meg connection is good. However my issue is with the phone service. When I try to make calls I get a denial of service tone (bleep and after 15 sec constant bleeps)on several occasions, especially in the evenings. I have contacted support on several occasions but they still have not put it right. Has anyone else had the same issue and if so how was it sorted out?
