im with digiweb 9months, finished my contract... im using the metro service, 3mb download 512kb upload- 30gig bandwith per month, now when i signed up for digiweb i was allowed to download 30gig a month and it was refreshed every month bang on time, soon as i paid my bill- which was always on time, now in the last 2 months something has changed with digiweb download limits, they are now telling me that my bandwith doesnt get refreshed every month? i just paid my bill last friday, thursday i had download 27 gig, for the last month i have download 27gig, when i paid my bill last friday it was still 27gig, it never refreshed, i rang them up and asked why? they told me it was never refreshed!!!! never and was not a digiweb service?? they told me digiweb use a role over system??? meaning i never go over 30gig,, so how come when i checked my bandwith yesterday it says im 36gig downloaded, and my last bill, its like they changed the terms i signed for
,now the service has gone down hill in carlow, they are overloaded with new customers and they dont seem to upgrade the mast they have in my area which supports the whole of carlow, so iv been ringin them asking why my speed is **** and why my download limit never got refreshed last month and this month when i paid, it always resetted every month on time after i paid my bill- like clock work, now its all changed, please if some1 cal help me out, ill explain anything else u need in detail im kinda fuming here, plaining in changing to icebroadband.com in carlow because they are new and have a small ammount of customers around here,sorry about spelling errors im kinda sleepy, what the hell am i paying for now? heres my pic's
