Thumbs down Digiweb - worst company ever to deal with!!!

This is my first time posting on a forum and I'm doing it now so others can know what I have had to put up with. I have lived and conducted business in several countries and I've found Digiweb Ireland to have - hand's down, the worst customer service I have ever come across!!! I was attracted to them buy their cheap prices and promise of fast internet but I would strongly recommend others to avoid them at all costs. A few of the problems I had:
- Internet took an eternity to arrive. Digiweb would not follow up the delivery with An Post, instead they gave me the tracking number and told me to do it myself.
- I asked to speak to a manager and was told he wouldn't speak to me and just told me to ask for a manager in the post office. (Surely the sender should be following this up!)
- The post office told me it had been lost in the post so Digiweb would have to contact them and put in a claim.
- Digiweb refused to resend before Xmas as they were finishing up soon. Again the manager wouldn't take my call.
- When I phoned last week when they returned after the Xmas break, the first person I spoke to said....wait for it...."If the post office lost it, it's not our problem"!!! What a way to start a business relationship!!!!
- Eventually the original shipment arrived with a combination of my home and my work address so no wonder there was a problem.

I understand that shipping problems happen- especially at Xmas time, but the customer service I received from Digiweb was appalling to say the least!!! I had also left numerous messages throughout the process and most of my calls weren't even returned.
