I'm Digiweb's user.Using their router/modem Zyxel Prestige 660RU-T1
Currently at 3mb connection.No additionally phone/Fax.
Phone line seems to be perfect for DSL supports up to 8Mb
Any Speed test i try dont get more than 2567 kbps
Share Ratio is 21:1 but i think just few people sharing it.
Does not matter what time of day

what might be wrong?
what noise margin and attenuation you get?

You have a 3Mbps service and are complaining about getting 84% of that on DL. However you seem to suggest that you could get more, even maybe 8Mbps!!!

84% of rated bandwidth is pretty good but if you do manage to get more please post the details quickly so we all can get more.

You did not get me right.My Phone line (DSL) supports 8mb.Quality of line is perfect for 8Mb so it has easily support full 3mb as it is now.But i only get ~2.5MB

Sorry about that.

However, besides the in-depth techie stuff [such as the data overheads] one of the main factors affecting bandwidth for DSL is the phone cable distance from your local exchange. You might get the full rated bandwidth if you live immediately next door and no one else is using at the same time. Otherwise 85% of the rated bandwidth is usually considered excellent.

I already tried that website it shows overheads..
i have seen one guy using Digiweb internet got 2800/379
once i got ~2660kbps during fixing (phone line wiring at my house)but droped to 2567kbps at the end of test.
but i dropt as it's now
Hm.. i don't know whose problem it's..
maybe i need to try thicker wires 5(mm)

We're peering directly with Digiweb over INEX, so the tests should be quite accurate
