Starting to get extremly annoyed now

Hi again,

Well like i said before im on the " 3 mb " package from Digiweb. I rang there service department and was told to send in 3 screenshots of there speedtest on there website. So i did the shots ( which ranged from 90 kb/s up and well under 1mb down ) along with some dos screenshots of pings to some irish sites , including there own, which pinged at 200+- . Its been over 2 weeks now and i still havent recieved a reply either via phone or email. The general ping is poor during the day , about 90-100 ms to a uk server. As im a gamer , it extremly annoys me that once 6/7 o clock hits im stuck with 200+ pings , no matter the game. I also have poor poor download speeds , all the time , rarely never going over 100 kbs a second. Any suggestions? Im on a zyxel 600 series router/modem connected via ethernet. I expected a good 50 ping to uk servers and 300 kbs a second. I have rang them again and i have been told to send in more screenshots , surely 6 in the first place was enuff. Neways any advice is very welcome , thanks again

yeah its crap in the evenings sometimes, i have 3mb down, 384k up, and i get 200+ pings on a UK server, but at like 2/3am, i get 46-62ms ping gets on the nerves alot as its not the norm to stay up till 3am to play a game
