Angry Digiweb Metro Lite in Drogheda

Signed up to Metro Lite 1 Gb download package last August for 19.99 Euro/ month. Was achieving consistent download speeds of >900kbps until xmas. Since then, the speeds are always <500kbps. Have complained for 3 weeks but no improvement. Thinking of booting them out. Anyone else in Drogheda any opinions?

I'm having the same problem with the Metro 3Mb. Signed up last October. Was getting 2.7Mb speeds constantly up until the last week of 2006.Tried it on 29th December last and I was down to 300K/s. It's been the same ever since. I can't even play a video clip on youtube.com at this stage. The clips keep stopping every few seconds. Have called their support three times and they keep telling me that they have some hardware issue at a bay station and everyone in Drogheda is experiencing slowdowns. This has now been going on for a month. I'm going to ring them on Monday and tell them if they don't sort it out I want a refund. I've lost my patience with them.

There's nothing worse than paying hard-earned cash for a service you don't receive.

Default Put `em under pressure

Keep calling them Noel. I am giving them 1 more week. When people start talking about unsubscribing they will be forced to act.
