Get away from this company!!

I have had nothing but problems with this shower of cowboys since joining. They cut you off when you have paid them, they claim they cant collect a direct debit so you end up paying them twice, then they simply ignore you when you tell them that they owe you money!!! I have been emailing them about 3 times a day for about 2 weeks now and the only reply i have had is that the issue was forwarded to the manager. And thaats it, they wont refund me, the wont talk to me, they are just the biggest cowboys i have ever seen!! For the love of God, do not sign up with them!! You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.s. In case anyone thinks I'm making this stuff up, i have copies of all the mails sent!

Tye the Small Claims Court. Talk to the Clerk of this Court and he will tell you if you can use their system. I believe the the Cost is less then the monthly rental from any ISP

The fee to make a claim is €9, so you have noting to lose really, just time and effort in making the claim.
