Default Absolute shambles of support - Eircom

Hi guys just want to tell u about my latest encounter with eircom. Last Monday , i arrived home to find my netopia had a red light on it , and my login wasnt working, so naturally i rang eircom. After the usual silly questions they told me that my line was plugged into the wrong port at the exchange , making the network think i was already logged on..
How this happened i have no idea. They told me it would be sorted within a few days, and being a college student with exams i expected the case to be solved.
I rang them again on thursday last week, they told me it was being looking into and that it would be fixed before the weekend, on friday i rang again and said they would looking into it AGAIN. Theres 1 thing i dont like and thats being filled with crap. Roll on this week , wednesday, 10 days later, my internet connection is still offline, this is totally unnaceptable and in my opinion the situation is an absolute shambles.
Always the same problems with this company, they dont give a feck about there customers, cable is available in my area soon and i`ll have no hesitation in changing whatsoever.
A totally annoyed and unsatified customer of eircom
