The only ray of sunshine that they agreed to cut half my next bill's broadband fee, because they accept I have had 50% downtime. In other words, I have not been provided with DSL sync 50% of the time.
One engineer has been out, another is due to visit.
If you add all the phone calls up, I have spent hours holding.
Their call-in system is very poorly run. I frequently get a different department than the one I have patiently been holding for. They then 'transfer' me, which means holding a second time, often only to cut me off or put me through to sales.
