line test fail

A friend of mine used to have eircom bb but it was disconected when the free trial was over as she didnt ring to let them know she would be keeping it.that was nearly a year ago i think, the thing is she rang yesterday to get reconnected n was told her line now fails the test what reason could there be for this? any ways eircom said they will do another test tomorrow n get back to her. if it fails again does that mean shes arsed for other providers too? ntl aint an option n ibb is the last( oh plz god no) option.

Yep if the line fails the others wont do you either

except and its such a tiny tiny tiny accept
probably not worth talking about
smart can do thier own lines in the future
so might just might take it on
but they seem to only hang out in certian big population exchanges
and barely at that and if your stickville forget it

hopefully in a few years they will supply useful amounts of competition to the bigger companies

turns out eirscum had turned her line into a carrier line(i think) but after a few threats from comreg she now has a 2mb line
