Default Changing to Eircom..Waterford...Advice :)

Hi all,

I have 2mb NTL Broadband in Waterford. I notice it slow...I got a test of 1.3mb today and its always messin up my wireless router. Also its a pain needing it close to the tv!
Anyway i'm considering changing to Eircom 2mb. I'm wondering does anyone have it on the Dunmore Road area in waterford (near tesco ardkeen)...
Or would ye recommend the change?? I really want as many opinions as possible!

Thanks

Two things that i can possibly think of
1. you can either compare what other services are available in your area and switch or
2. download the onspeed software that will increase the speed of your broadband from
Compare broadband and home phone deals on offer in ireland
I have used the site myself and found it very useful and decided to tell my friends about it.

Lucky you,im in Kildare too,Monasterevin.
Eircom 3meg connection, was good for last two years but the past 6 weeks everyone in the town has slowed to crawling speed at peak times.
Its not the local exchange as trace routes show a major slowdown on the hop in Limerick.
Its the same for most ive talked to in the town.
