Red face Will I get refunded?

In order to sign up for Smart BB, I activate my eircom account. I will not need to pay rental fee to eircom because Smart BB includes the line rental fee. The question is, I was forced to pay eircom line rental three months line rental fee for the firt bill. (From 10 November to 9 Jan). I will be using Smart from the begining of December, so I don't think I should pay that extra two months( December and Jan), otherwise, I would be double paying Eircom and Smart. Is it possible to get refunded from Eircom ?

The best way to find out is ask eircom themselves. As far as I know you may have to pay a minimum contract fee of a month or so. But your best asking eircom or indeed comreg if theres a billing issue.
