Default BT Broadband problem
He ran "ipconfig" and it has LAC disconnected and LAN 3 which shows IP address, default gateway. Unless he using incorrect password which he is not sure of. Does that sound right? He enabled LAN connection in network connections?



"LAC 3 be the USB connection? and if so enabling the LAN probably causing it not to connect"

Default Totally Confused!!!
What exactly is the problem? Because the LAN and username/password would have no direct relation.

Is it that the Router won't connect or is it that the Router is connected, but the WWW is not responding?

Please be specific.
