Thumbs down Contacting BT Tech Support?

I have been trying to contact BT Tech support by telephone for 2 days now.

Is it just me or does anyone else find that they can't get to speak to a technician because BT are "experiencing long delays due to a high number of calls at this time"

When I try to use their callback option I have either had the connection ring out or been left waiting on hold for twenty minutes before being offered a callback [which BTW never came ]

Hi Chris

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a try first thing in the morning.

Plan worked a treat, got a callback in only 15 minutes.

However, how BT TS could be experiencing long delays due the high volume of calls at 09.00.01 am when they have just opened is beyond belief!!!!

Instead of treating us like we can't figure out the BT really prefer that we do not use Tech Support they should change their auto-answer message for something less insulting to us the customers.
