BT knows how to treat customers well Hi All
After many months of agonisingly slooooow BB speeds the problem was fixed but when I got over the initial euphoria of the renewed burst of speed I had a thought.
BT TS had finally got Eircon to fix the problem [though Eircon have never admitted there was a problem - my DL speed just went back up to what is was before]. But there was a problem, I had not being getting the service I paid out hard cash for.
So I rang BT cutomer service and asked politely what they could do for me. Guess what, without any argument I was given an €80 credit on my account. Yehea - that's 2 months free surfing and DL.
