I'm thinking of adding some arcade games. Would that be of interest?

Any chance of adding IP address to the speed test summary page. I run the test from different locations sometimes and it'd be messy to have to create a different login to keep track of the bandwidth at each site.

What exactly do you mean?

Do you want to see the IP address on the summary page or are you asking for something else?

Apologies if my request was unclear. Yes adding the IP address to the speed test summary page would help identify what location the test was being run from. The field would be particulary useful in the .CSV download.

Ok. That's a lot clearer
My brain is a bit fried today, as I was at a conference all day yesterday

I've passed the request onto our developer

Might I suggest a https version?

The reason I ask is that I have noticed that if I download on https versus http I get about 20% improvement which suggests a dodgy transparent proxy cache somewhere upstream.

I know a proxy cache should ignore requests with no-cache option but I suspect this might not be the case always.

John

I don't have the energy to fiddle with apache this evening, but I'll add it to my ever growing "todo" list

Feel free to poke me about it

Michele

We've got a few arcade games on the battlefield2 website/forum.
Seems to keep people mildly entertained while they're thinking of something
interesting to post. I say give it a try.

Maybe get a new selection of smilies too, if you can find some.

Finally some feedback on the arcade games!

I may do some work on the forum etc., this weekend. I haven't had time recently to see what new hacks have been released for vbulletin
