 Edit time allowed before edited notification
When it comes to writing posts on forums, I usually end up making a one or more typos in my messages, most of which I spot within a few minutes of posting my message and end up missing when I check before posting. However, while I can edit my post to correct these, unless I manage to spot and make the correction within the first minute of posting, I get a ‘Last edited by Sean’ below the message. I’m sure over half of my messages have this notice, most of which had a typo correction just 2 to 3 minutes after I posted.
Is there any way this duration can be increased to let’s say 5 minutes? Most of the other forums I use offer between 5 and 15 minutes to edit a message before this message appears. |
