Default Which high definition dvd player?
Since I got a new 42" TV I've been pondering getting a high definition DVD player, but I don't know whether to choose Blu Ray or HD DVD OR get a multi-format player.

The other problem is that the studios have region locked the hardware again!

Has anyone bought either?

In the end I got both - a HD DVD player off eBay for about 100 euro and a Blu Ray player as well
