You can return the system if you received it less that 7 days ago (i think, it could be longer). Just phone up Dell and tell them that you are not satisfied with the PC and want to return it. Usually they'll offer a €100 or some credit, put ignore all this and tell them you want a refund.
Then when they collect it, wait about a week for the money to get back into your account. Then re-order with what you need! Easy! |
