=IBF2= are recuriting again. Fancy being part of am Irish gaming community that doesn't play matches, there is no pressure to turn up and all we ask is that you are mature and contribute to the forums and have a laugh? Members from Europe, USA and beyond welcome.
=IBF2= has its roots as a Battlefield 2 clan (Irish BF2, hence the name), but now is a multi-gaming community of like minded, mature bunch of folk that like to have a laugh and play on our own servers. We have a BF2, BF2142, COD4 and TF2 server running, together with TeamSpeak and a very cool and very active (over 38K posts) - forum at

We don't play clan matches, that's why we use the term gaming community now rather than clan. Occasionally we may partake in a friendly match here or there, but there is never pressure on anyone to attend and these only happen a few times in a year. So if you want to play hardcore matches every week, look elsewhere (but feel free to join the forum and chat).
How to become a member
There is no book that list IBF2 member qualities that you have to hit. The main thing is that you get on the forums, introduce yourself, take part on teamspeak and the game servers and get to know and we get to know you.
After a while of this (the more we know you and you know us the better), submit an application on the "Join =IBF2=" board of the forum and then we'll be in touch.
One thing to note: you have to be 18+. We have debated long and hard about reducing this age. However, on balance and experience you have to be a mature 18 to get in. Most of us are 30+ with families, so this is very much a relaxed place to play some games and have some craic.
