Whats the best ISP for playing online games, World of Warcraft and PS3 online

Im currently with 02 mobile broadband which is great but I cannot play WoW because its not cabable of the data transfer rate( due to the way that the connection functions and the bandwidth that it has available), and i cant play ps3 online because its only mobile broadband and not wireless..
I'm looking for something reliable, good speed and not over the top cost wise.

well if you live in a city and can get cable that's the one to go for, next best ADSL (phone line) but if your like me and stuck in the middle of Kerry or such like, then it's wireless now I'm with PermaNET 2 meg download 256kbps upload my kids have xbox 360 and a PS3. Xbox live is a waste of time you can't get into any games even at 3.00am and if you do they lag like hell. The PS3 faired better but with similar problems, sorry I can't comment on PC games, I've not tried them. whatever you do go for high upload and low retension 25.1 or lower, but that will bump up the price.
