Has anyone played call of duty 2?

And if you have is there any patches outthere and is there any way of increasing its performance?

I have an amd64 dual core 4400 chip and an nvidia geforce 6800 grafixcard and i want to take full advantage of it so if you have any suggestions please let me know.

Have a PIV @ 3.4 GHz, 1.5GB RAM and 256 MB 6800 GTO and it runs fine for me @ high settings (though not completely maxed out!)if that's any help...

Im actually looking to see if i can lower the load time of the game plus be able to reduse my ping, at the moment coz my ntl speed is slow at the moment. Im ganna try xp64 to see if it does the trick ill post a reply once i can get the xp 64 running. I had a minor problem the other day i installed the first part of it then the computer shut downt to start the final stage of the installation but it was missing an ntldl file. I now have a new xp64 cd so im ganna try again.

I dont think Call of Duty 2 runs on xp64. Not many games have been made which are compatable yet.

I actually put xp 64 on my pc and cod 2 did work on it but i had major problems with my codecs and fatal errors ocurred when i tried to install certain camera software

Don't know if this is what you're looking for, these are tweaks for CoD2 to enhance performance, fps etc. It's from FKR forums, I play on their servers ALOT, I love their mods.

COD2 works perfectly on my 360.
I haven't had any major problems with any games on X64 either. Mind you, I am using Professional nVidia Quadro FX3400 Graphics cards and the drivers seem to be rock solid
