Best wireless Broadband for me?

Hi, I am thinking about changing my ISP
For the last year I have been with Smart telecom
But unfortunately because of the area I live in I was only able to get a download speed of 1876 kbps (229 KB/s) and an upload of 269 kbps (33 KB/s)
Which should be 4mb down and 1mb upload
I live in the Letterkenny area of Donegal
I am looking for something that will give me a 2mb down and up

Any help or suggestions are welcome
