setting up a website for carlow broadband users

hi i have my own hosting servises, and iv being thinking about setting up a forum board for broadband customers in the area of carlow and south east, and it will be based on broadband companys in that area(good and bad)... would you care to arrange a link exchange for these comments, thank you

hi- yea im in carlow and theres a few isp's here which id like to see some topics about, iv gone with 3 isp's in carlow and would like to post about them, also it will help people in my area to find out more about whats available and what services are best in that area... so if u can add these please, (south east(carlow/kilkenny) isp's irishbroadband,icebroadband,clearwire,eircom,digiw eb, those are the main isp's in that area. thank you

if you could add South East as a category then add sub forums?? Carlow,Kilkenny then i can add the isp's in them, and i know a few people in my area that come onto here to review-including myself, theres not alot to know about those areas and iv gone through 4 ips's now lol.. so i can add the good and the bad comments people need to know whats available
