del.icio.us blacklisted?

Have not been able to reach del.icio.us bookmarking site via NTL broadband for past few days. I use it a lot and am a bit lost without it.

I have asked friends and they can reach it OK on other ISPs (and I can get Google to access it via their translation option) so the site is there.

Any reason why NTL might be blacklisting it (their tech support has not replied yet) or is there another reason why I can't reach it? This has only happened in past three or four days.

Is it timing out or what's happening?

I've had issues reaching it in the past, but they've mainly been down to issues on their end

I get a "Connection was reset" message and the site does not appear. Using Firefox but I've had no trouble up to now.

Can't understand why others can reach it on different ISPs. Other friends on NTL can't reach it either (but they can at their work on other ISPs)? Weird.

Could NTL be using a blacklist and denying everyone access? Anyone else on NTL unable to reach del.icio.us (type the site name as is - del.icio.us - no www or anything else - it's a .us domain).
