One thing to point out the governments only scheme on bb was to get the whole country up to 1MB by 2012 ffs.
Look at where france are, not to mention where japan is today and they want to hold us back till they reach 1mb minimum for everywhere in 012
Building years old crap in the future, that will be needed to be tore asunder as soon as their finished Backwards to backwards thinking.
