Quality of service 80 %
Maximum delay 104 ms
Round trip time 54 ms
Upstream jitter 0.6 ms

Upstream packet order 100 %

Angry Speed is worse with ntl !!

I got a letter from ntl complaing that I have exceeded my dowbload rate which is restricted to 3mb so taking their advise I upgraded to 10mb un-limited. I've just done a speed test and it reads...

154mb
quality 26

Surley this cannot be right!!!
