bt. blocking torrent downloads

hi everyone
just wondering if anybody has had reps. from BT. ringing them saying that they are infringing on copyright laws by downloading films from p2p sites.
A friend of mine got a phonecall today, they warned him to delete any copying/torrent software from his system as it was highly illegal, they were able to tell him what he was downloading aswell. I did hear recently that the film industry were trying to clamp down. Is this the start of it? are they only targeting eircom or BT. at the moment, or will they go after smart and magnet customers who have unlimited download caps.
Has any body else had similar issues????

Get Azureus,Enable transport encryption.
Get PeerGuardian 2.
This is not 100% safe of course but its better than nothing which is what most people that tend to get warned are using.
I would also tell them to piss off.
Say someone must have hijacked your wirless connection and you have no idea what they are talking about.
