Hi Matalosse, I could be wrnong, but Vauxhalls are the English versions of Opels... you Cant buy an opel in England... afaik.... so all I am saying is that if it is a vauxhall, there is a good chance it has been exposed to very salty roads....
True enough, most new cars are under Anti-Corrison warrantys, but I dont think that a warranty would be effective on a 1997 car (I think they are 5 year warrantys)... and by the "Salty" road argument the English Vauxhall would be exposed to more potential damage than the Irish Opel version of the same car and year... of course the vaxhaul might have been imported as a new car to Ireland in 1997 and not been exposed to any Salty roads.
If you realy really love the Tigra (I dont), buy an Irish Opel Tigra, not an English Vauxhall version...
Personally, would prefer the 323f.
Sixty.
