Test don appear to be the same as real download speeds

I have done the test a few times now as can be seen from the attachment.
The last test was done during a download in progress.
On average I am downloading 100mb in 7.3 to to 7.53 minuets. at speeds of "Cut and pasted from the finnished download" Average Speed 221.17 KB/s. The test never shows this speed, was just wondering why this is.

That's not our speed test, so I can't really comment
