Unhappy digiweb satellite broadband

I'm wondering is there any feedback on Digiweb's satellite broadband service. I seem to have had the worst of the worst from them. I gave them a check in mid October but it took til the second week of January to get connected and running. Then I was away for 6 days with my computer switched off and when I came back, within a week I was cut off because they said I had huge upload spikes totalling 630mb. This was during the time I was away and switched off. After much arguing they put me back on line.
Today I discover your site as I was asking them to give me some sort of QOS page. I see that while my download speed is respectable....480kbps, my upload is varying between 32kbps and 8kbps (slower than the ISDN I gave up).
What gives.....any advice or commiserations!!!
Not what I had signed up for. Are there better providers and can I move to them given this service?

w, I have just installed also and am getting 490k down and between 10k-20k up according to the speedtest here which corresponds to the 1MB.txt test they ask you to do ie takes 17seconds for download and 37seconds to upload. You can also voice your opinion on the irish broadband survey: Broadband Usage Survey Page 1

pm me if need be.

This is a violation of trade descriptions. I have spent days and days struggling to get this service. From mid October to today I still have not got what I signed up for. Consequently I am in the process of moving to Mediasat which is in partnership with Eircom and uses the same equipment................it can't be worse!
