broadband in ballycotton

hi everyone this is my first post,and ive a question do any of you know of ardmore technologies well they supply broadband ballycotton at the moment
in co cork well i must say that the service is crap.i have the "broadband" a year know and average my connection speed is 70kb. all in the last two weeks my speed is between 7 and 12 kb.but there nice people to ring and deal with very polite over the phone but still they debit your account for broadband which you dont have.is there any other company available for the area as you would get a lot of custom.

Ive already posted on here about Ardmore Technology's crap service ,
I am also in Ballycotton & I know the N.S School has satellite BB but it costs more & also the installation
I dont think Ardmore will improve their service any time soon , unless everybody starts to complain

Yup, use Ardmore too.Had lotsa problems at start but eventually sorted.Nice to deal with but this whole week my fastest speed was 82k. Not acceptable at 30 quid a month. Satellite BB is more expensive and worthless for online games or peer to peer. Mind u so is Ardmore at the moment.....I hope its sorted too. Mite be worth seeing if there are minimum standards tclassifiying Broadband. Wud comreg set these I wonder?
