Thumbs down Speed Upgrades in June – Yes but which Year?

Eircon have again proven it’s utter contempt for the consumer. Despite all the hype and even allowing the other ISP’s who resell the Bitstream product to inform us in writing of the wonderful speed upgrades it didn’t happen.

I’m have now been told by BT Consumer Sales that it might happen during July but most probably not until August. However, again no one knows which year.

I’m not holding my breadth and only praying for the day I can ditch Eircon’s direct participation in my BB service if LLU or a reliable wireless ISP ever comes to my part of the world.
