Hi, I am paying for a 3072/372 connection however the router says its 2048/256. The actual max download speed is about 1.7mbps what could be causing this? Did they put me on the wrong system or is it due to the line? I'm with UTV and they said its to do with eircom they didnt have a clue. Should I downgrade to 2mb or what?

Hi Eoin,it looks like your on a 2mb down and 256 up so if your paying for a 3mb line it's wrong,if UTV is your provider i woul say it's up to them to sort it out or do what you said change to a 2mb connection.
