Hi Scotty, just wondering if you got this problem solved? I'm in the Navan area and am experiencing similar packet loss as well.

short answer... No.

I did have someone from IBB do everything they could but I still have the same packet loss, actually it slowly seems to be getting worse.

I have a 2Mb line in work and it knocks the socks off my 3Mb IBB line. The thing with the IBB line is even though you have packet loss you can still get excellent speed test results but go to watch a movie on youtube or play online games and you start to see the problems.

I really don't want to get a landline in so I'm considering again moving to Digiweb. What has put me off before are their low caps - 50gig a month(up and down combined). Actually its not 50 a month, it's 50 over the previous 30 days. Which gives you an avg. daily allowance of 1.6gb total traffic, which for me is very low.

My sister lives in Manchester and got a 16Mb line in last week for £10 a month. A friend of mine lives in Paris and has a 22Mb line for €12 a month. I live in Drogheda and have a 3Mb line... for €48 a month. It's a joke.
