Cooperate?
Emails sent every week for months, talking to tech support for hours, having tech support call to your house, sending the same daft screenshots of ping results, ipconfig and download speeds isnt cooperating?
Glad you are happy but dont assume that their inability to solve others problems is due to a lack of cooperation on the customers part!

Had IBB a few years back was good for autum and the winter till january then things went down hill fast 4 weeks to get them out to the house to have a look at it then.... now wait for it "the trees have bloomed with leaves and are blocking the signal" now there was 3 differant signals in 3 differant directions and the trees got the blame..?? i swear i was in shock when the 2 guys told me this i had to sit down in total disbelief at the BS answer they gave me. So i said fine take it away. Then 4 months after 4 phones 1 each month to stop them billing me they where still taking money from my account i had to write to the bank to stop them and then write a letter to IBB asking to meet the accounts manager before they refunded me. IBB are imo a bunch of badly trained chmps.

Have had IBB for over a year now, service was moderate to good at first but for the last few months have been at less than dial up....I'm off to 3G,
this is just so frustrating what with un-explained drop-outs and no service. Tech support-what tech support.

you wont find the answers with 3...tbh data cards are really overrated TBH

i've a 3mb breeze at peak times it does run at 128kb(that is just in contention 24:1)
but i normally get speeds of 2 mb 75% of the time i've been a customer since jan 2006

1st line tech support is pretty poor... i ring my a/c manager(the fella who sold it to me!!!) he skips ques and puts me to the top of tech support

i've had problems with other providers and IBB they seem to be the best of a bad lot!!!

Default IBB solution

I have not used IBB, but have been through a few of the others, BT (when it was Esat) Clearwire, (worst yet), O2 never over 500k on 3.6Mb, all sorts of grief when you try to cancel direct debit.
Finally found something that makes them sit up and take notice. The Small Claims Court!! This costs the princely sum of €9...!!!
The way it works is simple. Download a form from here

Small Claims Procedure

Fill it in, include your €9, send it back to your the Small Claims Registrar at your local District Court. They will contact the company, try and get them to pay you whatever you claim, and if not, the case goes ahead. Some good rules in this system though. You do not need a solicitor, they can use one if they want, but they will not get paid legal expenses, you can claim up to €2000, (amount of money paid to provider, plus reasonable costs of trying to contact them, loss of earnings, time off work etc). The two best things about this system is that the Registrar will assist you in preparing your claim and they have only 15 working days to reply to the Court. With the standard of communication shown by these cowboys, what do you think the chances are that they will reply in three weeks? If they do not reply within the time frame, you automatically get judgement and you do not even have to attend Court!
For once the Irish legal system seems to work in favour of the little man.

Citizen's Information website has a list of District Court offices, together with further information on the workings of the Small Court.

Small Claims Court-Information from CitizensInformation.ie

Good luck guys, hit them where it hurts!!
