right, so i'm EXTREMELY ticked off with this IBB thing. so i sent them an email and surprise surprise, NO REPLY. too much to handle for them is it? i've included my email.

i ran this ten times, this is the most average. i'm not happy at all with this. seriously not happy. you quote 1mb/s, not barely ISDN passable. there are FORUMS on the poor quality of this service. http://www.irishisptest.com/forum/t1...broadband.html check this link out. if it weren't for the 12month contract, i'd have switched to the ludicrously expensive Eircom just to get service. how come none of this was mentioned in any advertising or during sales or installation? " actually you will be lucky to get a tenth of the speed quoted"? i'd like a reply to this, and please don't try to sweeten it with big words because i'm not a stone brained idiot. i want to know why i haven't received even close to the product description, isn't there a trades description act...? i chose your service over all others BECAUSE it seemed genuine. also, i've been hearing about an installation fee. this was NEVER mentioned to me, not once, not even while i asked how much the package was while signing up. its somethin pretty big to fail to MENTION. every forum i visit explains how much of a joke IBB connections are. http://www.mneylon.com/blog/archives...band-slowband/ now, i don't want to leave IBB, i just want what i'm paying for.
