Yes - It has improved...here's the background...
I've had been in contact with
IBB for the last 3 months regarding poor performance issues. They assigned an engineer to the problem who "established" that the cause of the poor performance was network overload (too many subscribers), and they were working to get some new network segments to cater for the capacity demands.
Turns out however (so I'm told) , that when a recent unrelated outage occured on the network, they discoverd that the configuration of the existing segments was suboptimal and once reconfigured, the performance improved greatly.
Can't understand why it took so long for them to figure this out....but at least I'm experiencing some great performance (for the moment anyway!!).
