Terrible Speeds on Ballymount Mast

Hi folks

Is anybody else on the ballymount mast experienceing really bad speeds over the past day or so?

I was on the 1MB package and regularly got speeds of 130 - 170kbps and was so pleased I upgraded last week to the 2MB package. All week until yesterday I was getting speeds of 260 - 290kbps and was very pleased until they suddenly dropped to between 10 and 30kbps.

does anybody know if there is any work being done or any other reason for the sudden drop in my connection speeds, or should I just assume that IBB are severely throttling my bandwidth for some reason?
