Dose any one know why ?

Ive got Irish broadband and i use it mostly to play games, on Microsofts xbox live service, but i have a big problem with IBB, any time i connect my console strait to the IBB POE box, my console gets disconnected from the Live Service Every few minutes, this did not happen when i used to have An Eircom Netopia Box,

Im hoping someone here might Know why this keeps happing, Because any time i conntact IBB, they say theres nothing wrong with my 2mb service,
and its probably a folty console im using, but ive tryed using differnt consoles and cat 5e cables but the same thing, happens any way, so the console and the cable are fine, i know for sure there not the cause of my problem,

if any one knows what causing this problem Please Reply, your help would be greatly Appreciated.

O one last thing if I connect my console, and Ibb POE box, to a router or Hub, i dont get dissconnect but i shouldnt have to do this as i didnt have have to do this when i had Eircom,

this may happen because ur connectino isn't full 2megs, u have somethink what they called Contention Ratio 48:1 or 24:1, which is more less mean U R sharing ur connection with other users,
the other think is depance which area U living, because some IBB transmiters R overload and then ur connection wont B stable.
The best think is check ur connection by computer, try to run few broadband tests, special evening time when most people b online, if b crap start complain

get a router and it should fix it, thats what i did
