deadly, over christmas my upload/download speed was upgraded to 2mb. and the connecction ratio went down to 24:1 too.. pretty cool at no extra charge. they apperantly upgraded all their network stuff. keep the upgrades coming. thanks IBB

Just checked my latest invoice and it says that I'm paying for a 2Mb connection, but when I ran the speed test I'm still showing up as a 1Mb line!!
I rang them around christmas to see about upgrading me and I was told that I would have to wait as the upgrades were being done area by area. I would just have to wait my turn....
Guess it just hasn't been my turn yet!!!
Would be nice if the invoice showed the service I HAVE and not the one I'M STILL WAITING FOR!!!

would suggest defo call them again as I would say your original request has been lost in the system somewere as the vast majority of these upgrades have been done AFAIK?

all good they upgraded me too but i recorded the massive amount of

3kbs last night think dialup looks better not a good service not impressed

Still no upgrade...

Cracked off another e-mail....not gonna hold my breath though


Jeees....how hard can it be???

I wonder if there are any jobs going in IBB? (my type of job, doing feck all and getting payed)
