For people with complaints about IBB

My service went down on the 27th of dec. I rang TS on the 28th and was told that the engineers knew of the problem and would be going to the highpoint on the 29th to fix it. As this was my fourth time i went down i asked the TS for a number of someone senior as i was getting pissed off with the service. He gave me and email address so i could complain about no internet LOL. ( He wasnt happy with my reply asked him was he taking the piss). Got home on the 29th from work no internet rang TS again talking to someone else told him that i had rang on the 28th and that it would be fixed on the 29th. He told me that the engineers were on holidays until the 2nd of jan (some backup service !!!!!) anyway asked him for a number of someone senior. There is no number but he would inform his manager. On the 2nd jan got home from work internet working. Then on the 5th i got an email from a manager giving me two free months connection. Point is COMPLAIN you never know you might get something back. Glad to say since then i have fairly good speeds except on sunday evenings it always seems slow up and down.

Yeah!, noticed this too. Why!, what happens Sunday night.Sometimes Monday night too. Speed can drop to less than 50 Kbs, which is pi$$ poor for a 3 Meg connection. It's usually all right the next morning.

Maybe it is just the part time web users all coming on on a sunday night . My speed can drop as low as 5KB allways fine the next day.

speed may drop sometimes for simple reason, all ur connection R contended 20:1 or 48:1 which means ur guaranteed speed which is set into radio config is 128kB which is around 16kb per sec. but....
some high sites R overload some people's connections R set for more then should be, and eventually connection for each sector is no more then 8-10MB
which is split by 100 users
