How are things with your BT connection? Happy with the service? Any billing issues?

Happy enough. Was Eircom.net customer. Was cheapest (linerental n Bband) last year when I got Bband. Although there was a lot of hassle and charges involved in swithching to BT including new connection (which I did'nt know at that time that I would have to pay for new connection which is free to transfer now). After 1st and 2nd month thing started to flow smoothly. Now Im happy BB quality is aroud 95% and downloading is 250k. But there is often internet fluctuation. Living in N. east Meath

Hi Faroogy,welcome aboard,like you i was on eircom changed over last month.On a 3meg line i'm getting 2.62mpbs down and 325kps up,I'm still useing my netopia modem,have'nt had a bill yet so hopefully it'll be ok.I'm in Navan County Meath.

You are lucky Chris. In Laytown/ Bettystown area its 2meg if we are lucky when contentio ratio is low get around 1.7meg, but upstreams is slow. It still takes ages to send a handsome email. You know wat i mean like pictures
