Greetings From Ballon, County Carlow..

Hi all,

My name is Sunny, I moved from Dublin to Ballon, a small town outside Carlow town heading for Rosslare..

Ballon is a great place but without Broadband ! Well not the phone line type which I was use to in the big smoke..

So I am looking for a wireless option... but most dont cover this area... hey its the price you pay for the countryside

Anyway.. I got a leaflet in the local garage.. its 25 euros plus vat a month and a wopping 350 euros for instillation... seems really REALLY over the top...

anyone from Ballon, Co. Carlow with a broadband cconnection?

Or and Ideas what options I have to get broadband here in Ballon, Co. Carlow ?
