Signed up for Smart phone & internet package when they came to Sligo in the summer. Basic package at 3MBS at Eur35/mt. which is good. When the S**t hit the fans Smart upgraded our connection to 6MBS. However since finding this site I can't get any more than max. 2mbs per second & averaging more like 1.3 at different times of the day. Does anybody know what the likely problem is??? Not very technically minded but curious.
Broadband is good otherwise. Smart support is helpful when needed if only they had a 24 hour support.
Great comfort in broadband compared to dialup....Pity it's so poorly provided for in the country as a whole.
