Digiweb in common with other isp's who resell the Eircon Bitstream product will suffer from eircon related technical difficulties from time to time. When it works it usually works well but when it doesn't it is hard to find out why and or if it will be fixed.
However, it looks like you are blessed with a TS that is clued in to their customer needs and has the courtesy to give a recorded message acknowledging problems with the network.
I'm with BT and the only thing you ever get from their recorded message is someone stating that they are very busy answering all our calls today and you have to hold on for ages and ages and ages.........

before you finally give up none the wiser.
